Poor Customer Service

I ordered Direct TV and was told I could get local channels by skipping districts.
When the installer came he said it was not possible. Now, 10 days later, I have been billed for an installation that did not happen.
I told by 3 representative that I would get a refund; apologized to by 2 supervisors; promised I would get called back within 72 hours to rectify my problem; lied to constantly by every representative that I have talked to.
They all have a different story and seem to have no record of previous conversations or promises made.
They should have some accountability! I am not sure how they stay in business when they constantly lie to their customers and potential customers.
Steer clear!
