Problems with Direct TV receiver

I have NFL Sunday ticket, last sunday during the raiders game at the 2 minute warning the receiver just blanks out and by the time it resets I miss the end of the game. Today Oct 3 - 2 minutes into the game the same thing happens and it takes 7 minutes for the receiver to reset.. I miss the last five minutes of the game. I pay for Sunday Ticket so I can watch my west coast teams, and two weeks in a row my receiver has caused me to miss critial plays. This was happening in late August and the receiver had to be replaced, now its happening again. I am not paying all the money I am paying for to miss critical parts of games. This is not weather related, as today was a very nice day in JAcksonville FL; Sunnny warm and practically cloud free! This situation is making my NFL sunday ticket frustrating instead of being enjoyable. This is the one thing I do to treat myself after a hard work week, and I am getting really sick and tired of missing plays because the receiver is obviously faulty. I demand something be done.
