Where do you return the Direct TV receiver boxes if you disconnect your service? Terrence Comment: I ll suggest you to call up Direct TV customer service and ask the address from there will be safer. If you are planning to return the Direct TV equipment by postage, it is better to post by registered post with tracking code and required received signature. So that Direct TV cannot argued that they never received your equipment and charge you equipment fees if any dispute arise. And it is better to keep to conversation record between you and Direct TV staff on the address to returned the equipment to avoid unnecessary disputes..
