I AGREE, Direct TV QUOTE YOU A PRICE AND THAN THEY WILL NOT HONOR IT. I DON'T KNOW IF THE 5 STAR IS FOR SERVICE ,BUT DIRECT TV WON'T GET A I/2 STAR FOR THEIR SERVICE!
PIECE OF TRASH,I HATE THEM, AND THEY HAVE VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.. I CAN'T WAIT TO CANCEL

I would not recommend Direct TV to anyone. They quote a package price and do not honor that price.
Their customer representatives are poorly trained, they give poor advice, poor follow up. They are not willing to help you.
I am so disgusted by the ever rising prices and less programming, I wish I had never switched from Comcast.
