Satellite 101 missing tp channels

Area Code 32780. I have a "phase I" satellite dish with a dual LNB, with two different receivers. Since June 08, I began to loose channels specifically transponder channels 4,18,20,25,30 on my bedroom receiver and channels 4,9,18,26,29,30 on the family room.

I've power reset both receivers, re-did internal/external connectors, switched LNB cables to see if trouble followed, re-positioned the dish (higher), topped out trees and nothing has corrected the problem.

Direct TV customer helpdesk sucks and quickly offered to cancel. I suspect the type of dish and Direct TV's modifications to the signal, I believe my problems began with the last version 9e. Can anyone help?
