Satified Direct TV Customer

I've only had it less than a month.But so far I haven't had any issue with it, the remote is a lot better than the comcast one I had with cable.
I switched from comcast when I talked to a service agent that said it was ok to cancel my service after complaining about the price and tell her that I was considering going to direct tv.
Well, I am glad that I did.I tried calling comcast 5 times and their IVR would tell me to call back and hang up on me.
And the customer service there was not that great.Now I don't have to worry about cable outages that take 7-10 days to fix.
My receiver is new not an old recycled one like the one from comcast. So far I am satisfied and I would highly recommend direct tv to anyone other than cable.
You are going to get a lot more with the most HD channels and better programming than anyone other provider.
