Direct TV does not inform you that they have a $480 disconnect fee until you have signed up....especially if you go through Verizon as their TV service supplier. They are arrogant and lack in customer service.
A supervisor by the name of Gary in the Tampa area felt it was more important to talk over me than listen to my problem...then he hung up on me when I got upset.
I may be obligated for two years but that will be two years of the most negative publicity they will ever get. It will cost them more than the $480 they want for me to disconnect.
