Without question the worst customer service. Calling into to Direct TV is like being a mouse in a maze.
They provide no problem resolution. You get pushed from one call center to another,the customer service representative is more interested in ensure all your comments are recorded and totally on interest listening to the problem.
I recently spent 45 min being transfered to 4 different departments, having to explain my issue 4 different times, and while being transfered to my 5th department I was cut off.
Thats what they do they wear you down, they know nobody has the time to go through serveral 45 min sessions and you give up.
This senario has happened on more than one occassion, I have been a customer for 7 years and every time I need help I dread calling them.
My fear is it could be worse with Dish Network and sometimes is better the devil you know.......
