I had direct tv installed, a guy showed up in an old mini van smoking a cigarette, with no direct tv sign on his van, shirt, or anything. He had me write him a check for $75.00 to his personal name; come to find out i had a standard installation and shouldn't have been charged yet. No one will investigate or get my money back! btw he also did a half assed job installing it.
