Surprise How Direct TV Abuse the Public and Nobody Complains

Recently I bought a new HDTV, was planning to get a new receiver from Direct TV. I have done some research and wanted to get H24 model.
When I called, the Direct TV customer service representative could not tell me what model I would get, even so, I needed to pay $99.00 dollars for the unit.
On top of it, the person indicated that I was not purchasing the Direct TV equipment, the equipment was just being least to me, and I need it to return it at the end of the contract and Direct TV keeps the $99.00.
I was surprise to know the equipment was least and my contract will be extended for additional 2 years, even so I was paying $99.00 dollars and $6.00 monthly service,which I am OK with it.
