The DIRECT TV Hater

I sold my house and moved to an apartment for 6 months while my house was being built. I was forced to use quest and direct tv for tv service.
I signed up for one level of service and was promised a rebate. 5 days later I upgraded and was told by a service rep that I would get the rebate for the upgraded service.
So begins my nightmare. After dealing with customer service over and over and over again I was promised I would get the rebate.
I never did and I was told I would get some refund on the last bill ofter contacting the better business bureau.
Then Direct TV changed their mind and I did not get anything. After involving the state attorney generals office I got back a measly $42 of the over $132 that they owed me in rebates.
They LIE LIE LIE....AVOID AT ALL COST. I am now happily back to my COX cable and have not had any problems since. DIRECT TV CAN GO TO HELL.
I spend over 40 hours dealing with these snakes..
