The Local TV Channel wast lost.

I am a current customer of direct tv and have been for a long time. We have lost access to local channels. The guide is not limited by favorites right now.
The channels are complete lost and not showing up on the guide and cannot be access by manually pressing the numbers on the keypad.
Channels 69 and below are nowhere to be found. We are not willing to pay for any services that we are not receiving.
Please take note we are paying for channels that we are not getting.
