The Loss of Versus channel.

by David
(Loudon NH)

I first subscribed to Direct TV during November 2008, and at that time obviously agreed to a 2 year contract.

As Direct TV have deleted one of my favorite channels (Versus) from the set of channels that I can receive, does this absolve me from my contract, as legally, you have broken your part of the contract?

I would appreciate a reply as there are some other aspects of Satellite TV that I was assured would not GENERALLY happen.

E.G. breaks in transmission during almost any atmospheric disturbance, especially thunderstorms but also snowstorms! (There are quite a few of these in a NH winter!)

Yours sincerely,

David Parry.
