The Worst Customer Service

I have tried to call and update my account for a referred account to get 10.00 a month for 5 months.
They transfered me a dozen times and don't want to help at all. I want to talk to a supervisor and they told me he would call me back in 2 to 4 hours.
If that is customer service that is piss poor. I need someone that can help me our I will let everyone know and tell them not to get Direct TV service and I will just cancel mine.
