Tired Direct TV customer

Since the first billing cycle with direct TV I have had nothing but problems getting them to get my billing correct.

No matter how many times you call them you can not speak to the same person twice, they promise to resolve the problem then it's not done. I could go on for days. I will be canceling as soon as the contract is up for sure!
