Their brand might not be that " shinny", but since they got quite some positive feedbacks from their present customers.... their reputation is being proved. You can save for first 3 months bills since they shall charge less 30% for it :) But the additional DVR monthly fee is a bit too expensive ($19.99/month). I suggest you do not take this deal if you plan to have more than 1 DVR for your Dish Network system.
