flickers problems

i have the same setup but the tv i have hookup with rca cables flicker all the the time.

Can you help me with this problem?

If you have a HD direct tv box, you can use the hdmi output to one tv and the composite video and two rca sound jacks to another tv they both will play high definition and both have sound
