What can I do about our Direct TV provider (HiTech Direct) has not honored on their our Refer A Friend Reward Campaign? We signed up 3 new people and instead of our bill going down it now has gone up 10.00 per month? Terrence Comment: Do you have any black and white proof with you that proves you have sign up 3 of your friends to their system? If yes, show it to them in their office and ask them to explain.. If no, better bring your friends to their office and get some black and white proofs from them if you want to continue to support their refer a friend program :) All the best.
