Unhappy Direct TV Customer!

I am a disabled, home bound senior citizen. Direct TV took $900 out my bank account today because I missed two payments.
I live on social security. I cannot pay my bills or medical. They would not give me my money back because they said I didn't fulfill my contract.
I missed two payments and now my bank account is over $800 in the red. When I called they told me it was too bad and I should have read the contract.
They are terrible!
