Unhappy Direct TV Customer

We got Direct Tv this morning before we got it we talked to the woman to see if our local channels we included. She said yes. Then we come to know after it was hooked up we do not have local news. We have scranton which is far away sure not local. I feel we were just told that so we would get it. Sorry thats wrong and I am upset. Before you get direct tv make sure of what you are getting!
