Me and my 3 children moved into a apartment from our house. We had Direct TV there, so I stayed with them.
When they came and installed my cables for the boxes, it was not done properly. A HUGE double black cable runs out of my attic door, (not allowing it to close, which lets in cold air), also the metal box that connect the cables was lay in my closet on the rug next to a lot of boxes.
(This metal box gets very hot, burned my foot on it, could cause a fire). The cable continues out of my closet which will not close now, under my 2 year old Baby crib, out into the hallway, not allowing my bedroom door to close.
The cable runs right in the middle of the floor and down the hall. (BIG EYE SORE & TRIP HAZARD)
I contacted Direct TV 4 times total and nothing has been done yet. My 2 year old daughter had tripped on the cable and slammed her face into the corner of a bedroom door.
She now has a fat lip from it. Will there have to be a 5th call, with possibly someone else getting hurt?
I HOPE NOT!!

Very unhappy consumer by: Anonymous
You may want to check other options before having Direct TV service in your home. There customer service is probably the WORST I have ever had to contact.
The dish was out and leaving us without TV numerous times, our contract was misrepresented.
So,when we decided to go with a more reputable company we ended up paying for more than we had originally been told.
This list does not end here with these complaints. Just an overall bad experience.

sunday ticket complaint by: phillip u martinez
I am a longtime subscriber to Sunday ticket. Before that, As a super fan, I received HD channels for Sunday football.
In fact that Sunday ticket fees increase upward but the quality of transmission is decreasing.
In my opinion, regular sunday ticket customers should receive HD transmissions. Please respond. ph 505 765 5377 c 505 681 5605 pum5377@msn.com
