unhappy with dish network

dish network is the worst company i have ever had to deal with and i deal with alot of different companies.

I do insurance billing for a living that entitles me speeking to reps all day long on the phone.

Dish network employees are rude and uninformed about their product.i have switched to direct tv and couldnt be happier. thay are very polite and well edjucated about their company.

i hope this comment saves someone from wasting their time and money with dish network.
