Unsatisfy Current Direct TV Customer

I ordered the NFL Sunday Ticket for the 2011 season. While watching the Patriots game this evening, I tried to pull up my Fantasy Football app.
It said "service unavailable (5)". After 30 minutes of that error message, I called Direct TV customer service. I spoke to two people. They both told me I needed to go on the website to report the problem online.
I asked when I would then have resolution to my problem, and the last woman told me that if it was not fixed "in a few days" to call back.
I told her, and I am expressing here, that this is unacceptable. Without quick resolution, I cannot recommend Direct TV.
