Unsatisfy Direct TV New Customer

I just got off phone and even after speaking to a meaningless Direct TV supervisor! NOTHING could be done to get our due date changed EVEN THOUGH WE WERE TOLD AT SIGN UP TIME THAT IT WOULD BE "NO PROBLEM, JUST CALL IN AND GET IT CHANGED."
The Direct TV representative apologized and could not give explanation as to why we were told that.
I said perhaps it was a SALES PITCH to get us to sign up!! She had no COMMENT! I can't believe they couldn't change the due date even if it meant to prorate our next bill!
IT'S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE, BUT THEN MAYBE THEIR EMPLOYEES DON'T EVEN HAVE ENOUGH EDUCATION AND THAT'S WHY THE SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HOPE THIS NOTE REACHES CORPORATE!
