Unsatisfy with Direct TV Hidden Facts

I switched to Direct TV and AT&T bundle package. For TV, phone and dsl internet the quoted amount was $94.00 per month.
Direct TV portion $24.99. After 6 days of service I received a bill for more than twice this amount from Direct TV.
I called to say that there must be a mistake.... "You must not yet have requested the rebate":said the customer service staff.
Hmmm... I was not told of this. I then asked that the monthly bill will be reduced after that to 24.99.
I was told that there is no such package and that no-one would have told me such. I asked to cancel service since my new package which was changed in an effort to save money would actually be more expensive than before!
I was told that I would be charged $480.00 for disconnect fee and breaking the agreement. First, I did not agree to pay the amount charged, secondly I was never told of this disconnect fee before connecting.
It may have made me hesitate to subscribe. I suspect that's the reason I was not told.
This is outrageous. To deceive people and then charge them for saying no thank you.
I will request advice from The Better Business Bureau and other such good business guides and directories.
My conversation with the sales advisor was recorded and is therefore confirmation of these facts.
