Very very disappointed with Direct TV

Direct tv has been a nightmare. None of the worker or supervisors actually work they all sit on their butts and collect paychecks for not doing work.

I canceled they went into my account took my money and have not refunded. I do not suggest anyone go with this company.

Verizon and cable are much better and much more professional than the direct tv staffs.
