Worst possible Direct TV customer service

AVOID DIRECT TV AT ALL COSTS! If the choice is to have Direct TV or No TV, go with No TV. Read a book or something 'cause Direct TV will rip you off. BY no means should you ever give them your credit card information because they will incur charges and when you call the 'customer service'. They will say there is no way to credit back your account. If you can charge an account you can credit an account. In Fact, so when they say there is no way for them to credit you, they are stonewalling and outright lying. I could tell my whole story but it's pretty much the same as what everyone has said before. Direct TV is a rip-off, they can't provide what they say.
